I am a counselor because at a young age, I was able to observe individuals who were in need and benefited from the work of caring, passionate professionals. In my educational journey, this initial lesson guided me and I maintained a desire to help others in a professional setting. Through helpful experiences and conversations along the way, I realized that being a Licensed Professional Counselor gave me the opportunity to not only help others in general, but to have a robust education and training experience that best prepared me to do meaningful work that fulfills my professional goals and helps the individuals I work with.
