Due to a communication problem at Richmond Behavioral Health Authority, the scheduled Pre Proposal Conferences on the above two requests for proposal have been changed. The new date and time is as follows:
April 3, 2008
3:00 pm: 2008-AE-0024
4:00 pm: 2008-AE-0022
Contract #2008-AE-0022 is for Crisis Stabilization Services for Adults and contract #2008-AE-0024 is for Inpatient Acute Psychiatric Hospitalization Services. We are encouraging prospective bidders for either of these programs to attend both conferences as we are encouraging partnerships to provide both services from single sites or in other cooperative program models.
Previous providers of these services will receive copies of both requests for proposal through the mail in the next few days. The return dates will be set back in accordance with the new dates that these proposals are being issued and in line with the new dates of the Pre Proposal Conferences.
