About the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority was formed in accordance with Chapter 15, Title 37.1 of the “Enabling Act” of the Code of Virginia. Each member of the Board holds office for a term prescribed in accordance with law, and vacancies in the membership of the Board are filled as provided by law.

The Board Chair is Mr. Wayne Blanks and the Vice-Chair is Dr. Cynthia Newbille. All correspondence to the Board of Directors should be mailed to: 107 S. Fifth Street, Richmond, VA 23219. Attention: Cheryl Franklin.
