Intake & Assessment
The Central Intake Unit at RBHA provides scheduled mental health and substance abuse service assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. These assessments include collecting demographic information, completing comprehensive diagnostic study and other required measures for the purpose of eligibility determination and treatment planning. Initial case coordination functions are completed including individual orientation, obtaining necessary consents/authorizations, and the development of provisional treatment plans.
To be eligible for on-going (non-emergency) services, proof of legal residency is required. Enrollment priority is afforded to individuals with Serious Mental Illness, Addictions, and/or children and youth with Serious Emotional Disorders or who meet criteria for being at risk for these problems.
