Mission:
RBHA enhances the quality of life for the people of Richmond by promoting and providing quality behavioral health and developmental services that are available, accessible, and cost-effective.

Quality Assurance

Credentialing

All licensed professionals must be properly credentialed by the insurance programs that RBHA contracts with for payment of services. These programs include Medicaid, Medicare, Anthem, Virginia Premier, Optima Health, and United Behavioral Health.

Clinicians will receive assistance with obtaining National Provider Identification (NPI) and enlisting with the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare.
